COMPASSIONATE, AUTHENTIC, AND SUPPORTIVE THERAPY
THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE

AND HELPS YOU MOVE TOWARD WHERE YOU’RE MEANT TO BE

Responders First Wellness Program

Just as a lodestar guides travelers through uncertain terrain, this program helps first responders stay steady through the challenges of their work. The Responders First Wellness Program combines therapy, training, and proactive support to strengthen emotional health and sustain long-term resilience within the public safety community.

  • Wellness Check-Ins

Rooted in the belief that steady support builds lasting strength, these annual conversations focus on resilience, wellbeing, and connection. They offer a chance to slow down, reflect, and stay aligned with your own sense of balance and purpose.

  • Therapy

Confidential, trauma-informed care for first responders and their loved ones. Sessions focus on processing stress, trauma, and life transitions while supporting balance and connection at home and on the job.

  • Peer Support & Critical Incident Stress Management

Guidance for developing, training, and sustaining strong, ethical, and effective peer support programs within departments. This includes critical incident response and support to help teams process difficult events, reduce the impact of acute stress, and strengthen collective resilience.

  • Training & Education

Interactive workshops that strengthen resilience, stress management, leadership, and relationships—tailored to the unique culture of public safety.
